Interpretation
The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Return and Refund
In our Return Policy, you do not need to return the product to us (If the product is damaged). This means you can receive a refund or replacement without returning your handheld product. We decide this due to high international shipping charges.
Whether you want a refund or replacement, in both cases, you have to contact us within 5 days after the product is delivered.
Replacement
In order for the Goods to be eligible for replacement, please make sure that:
- Returns are acceptable only if the product is damaged during the shipping period.
- A return request should be made within 5 days after the product is delivered. On the 6th day, you are not eligible to get a replacement.
- We do not require the return of the damaged product due to high shipping charges, but we will send you another package as a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are acceptable only if the product is damaged during the shipping period.

- We prefer replacement because you will receive a 50% partial refund (Half the value of the product) due to high international shipping charges.
Cancellation
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order before it is dispatched without giving any reason for doing so. You have the full right to cancel the order until the product is shipped. It usually takes 24-48 hours for dispatch from the warehouse.
Your refund will be issued after you cancel your order, and your amount will be refunded within 24 hours. We will notify you once the refund is made.

Conditions for Cancellations
In order for the Goods to be eligible for cancellation, please make sure that:
- Product must be in the processing stage, not dispatched.
The following reasons make cancellation impossible:
- Your order has been dispatched.
- The product has been delivered that you ordered.
Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
